Babies

A spacious room which invites the babies to explore using all senses. We understand that emotional and physical nourishment, sensory stimulation, and sleep are more important in babyhood than any other time. The resources available in the baby room, paired with tuned in practitioners ensures that the baby Carebears get the very most out of the first stage of nursery life.

Tweenies

This room has open access to our wonderful, secured garden as well as a well-equipped messy play area. The sand and water tables are available throughout the day and the paint easel is always in use. The home corner, story corner, theme corner and large open central play space means there are endless learning opportunities on offer all day long. We do not underestimate the importance of a quiet space or two within the room for daydreaming, relaxing and pondering our next adventure.

Toddlers’ room

We have created a truly enabling environment in which our toddlers can relax, play, and learn. The layout of our toddler room helps them to gain a sense of independence as they access materials, set up experiences and pack away ‘all by myself’. Joining in with the pre-schoolers during some learning experiences helps them to get ready for their transition in to preschool and prepares them for the journey on to the curriculum for excellence.

Pre-school.

Pre-school consists of the main playroom, a messy room and the use of the quiet after school club throughout the day. Tailor planned lessons combined with active learning through play provides the perfect mix of experiences to support them on their journey to become successful learners, confident individuals, responsible citizens and effective contributors, which links in with the curriculum for excellence.
